About Meghan
I empower, educate, and counsel people to heal themselves. The foundation for my healing programs is in Ayurveda and therefore has a heavy emphasis on diet and lifestyle as medicine. In Ayurveda, anything can be medicine and anything can be poison. I believe the path of healing is synonymous with the path of self-awareness. Our journey together is a dance in exploring the vast inner landscapes of your inner world and how it relates to the outer world.
Bio & Qualifications
Meghan Price is the founder of Cloud Nine Wellness Company, a holistic wellness coach, retreat leader, and behavioral health strategist devoted to helping high-performing women restore balance across body, mind, and spirit.
Her path into this work began not in theory, but in necessity.
While studying Biological Sciences at Louisiana State University as a pre-med student, Meghan was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune and inflammatory conditions and experienced unexplained neurological symptoms. After being passed between specialists without resolution, she chose to pause medical school and pursue a deeper, root-cause approach to healing. What followed was a decade of immersive study and global apprenticeship.
She studied complementary healing modalities at The Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in New York, became a Registered Yoga Teacher, trained in meditation and Western esoteric traditions in Guatemala, studied Ayurveda in India, and became a NAMA-certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor under Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute.
In 2021, she earned her Master of Science in Health & Wellness Management and Leadership with a coaching certification from Tulane University and formally founded Cloud Nine Wellness Company.
Through disciplined self-inquiry, lifestyle medicine, nervous system regulation, and spiritual practice, Meghan restored her health and resolved the majority of her symptoms. Today, she integrates evidence-based behavioral health with ancient wisdom traditions to help others do the same.
Her work bridges science and soul — guiding clients to cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, embodied discipline, and aligned living.
Meghan believes that healing is not about chasing perfection — it is about restoring balance. When balance is restored, freedom follows.
